  The food was acceptable, but the service and attitude of the staff were very disappointing. The staff were rude and unhelpful, which made the whole dining experience unpleasant. I expected much better customer service.

  Another solid Premier Inn with the usual comfy bed, clean rooms and good value breakfast - plenty of granola, fruit and cereal on offer as well as a decent fry up. Just a shame Premier Inn don't allow access to fresh air in your bedroom - makes for a quiet but stuffy night if like me, you like a bit of sea air by the sea...

  The only downside is that there is no on site parking. The large M&S retail carpark next to the Premier is way too expensive for overnight parking.

  Honestly cannot complain about a single thing in Llandudno town centre premier inn. Super clean (and we are fussy when it comes to cleanliness). Absolutely stunning building and located right in centre of town within walking distance to a lot of shops and great for touristy type trips. The staff were very happy to help and the vibe in the bar area was lovely. Within walking distance to train station and to the beach and great orme.

  Perfectly located for the beach and the town. Excellent friendly staff, clean rooms, good food. Cannot fault them. The staff (waitstaff and kitchen) were particularly helpful in accommodating my dietary requirements. I am very happy with the service and the hotel.
